Search and Rescue 4 - speedrun of first 12 campaign missions

An older video, recorded in late August 2019, unlisted until now. This run had been rejected by Speedrun.com as it doesnt fit any particular category. It's neither a full campaign mode run, nor a single mision one. I honestly had fun doing it, anyhow I do realise the framerate appears choppy in the video, even though it wasn't the case for the original (30 FPS) recording from OBS. I deemed it necessary to postprocess the colours, and reencode it again, since the game has very broken gamma in all captures. I picked a matching framerate and resolution in Shotcut, tried to experiment with encoding parameters in various ways, to no avail - every rendering came out choppy for some reason. Any advice on why things have gone south here very appreciated, feel free to spam the comments.
