Following the fiery national competitions around the world, our International Grillers’ Challenge competition took place in Malaysia. Representing the UK & Ireland were Debbie (Dudley restaurant), Glen (Bradford Centenary Square) and Glen (Dublin Swords) grilling the finest PERi-PERi chicken for our lucky judges to try.
