Sentaro x Kaoru || Kids on the Slope

listen...i absolutely LOVE the quiet, neat kid x the cheeky delinquent with the tragic backstory trope and i could make a million videos abt these two...please tell me someone else has watched this besides me lol anyway sorry this isn't a yk post! i'm really nervous about posting this but i just felt inspired by this movie a lot...i'd always loved the anime and was going to make a video for it when i saw there was actually a live action!! and the main cast were literally perfect and i fell in love!! :') i actually loved the main three as an ot3 both in the anime AND in the movie, but the moments where kaoru first met sen felt like something out of a drama to me and i wanted to make a video of it...anyway i just admire this movie so much and wished it was more popular because it's honestly a cinematic masterpiece...they actually learned the instruments for this movie and that just made the experience like 100 times better visually and aurally...also sen just looks like a mf dream playing the drums anyway not to ramble or anything but i loved the dynamic between kaoru and sen, and how they both helped each other grow and become better and less lonely people :( and even when they had that physical fight, sen, despite being a delinquent who always bested others in fights, could never lay a hand on kaoru...the way that they connected with each other over music in class and also challenged each other when the other was being stoopid was also so heartwarming and just...idk the entire movie itself was just so charming...also the mf height difference between them was literally SO cute i-- anyway i know this video was probably for a really niche audience but i really enjoyed making this video and i hope at least one other person out there enjoyed it too :,) if you've watched this movie/anime before please don't be shy to scream about it with me!!! p.s don't worry i haven't forgotten abt yk!
