This was originally going to be a song for the Neo-Eggmanland section of my OST For A Nonexistent Crossover Sonic Game thing, but with Sonic and Tails having entered the City from the south, it wouldn't have made sense for them to ever be in District 16. It would have involved Eggman having rebuilt La Manchaland as a sickening parody of itself spanning the entire District, built around a crashed Babylon 4 echoing the windmill motif with its rotating solar panels. Song made in Caustic 3.2.
