Today I'm taking on Malacatín's Madrid Stew. I don't really see it as a challenge, but if you finish it, it's free. My friend Dave Cheats, who also has a YouTube channel, suggested the idea. Here's the link:    / channel   I love stew and have tried sooooo many, and I have to say that Malacatín's stew is one of the best I've ever had. The atmosphere is great, and the only drawback I can say is that sometimes you have to book well in advance, for a reason. The owner, who is the fourth generation of this historic restaurant, is sure to be there. You can have it as many times as you like, so it's safe to say it's one of the best meals you can find in Madrid. This stew costs 21 euros, including a drink, bread, and dessert. I'm sure if you go, you won't regret it. I encourage you to try it.
