Freshers at the University of Education Winneba, Kumasi Campus shares why they chose the University and their experience after one month of staying in the university. The University of Education, Winneba, Kumasi campus also called College of Technology (COLTEK) is one of the campuses of the University of Education, Winneba alongside Mampong Campus, Ajumako Campus. The college offers varieties of course among which include; Bsc. Information Technology Education, Bsc. Accounting Edu, Bsc. Management Edu, Bsc. Fashion and Design Ed, Bsc. Catering and Hospitality Edu, Bsc. Mathematics etc. It is located at Tanoso, Kumasi, Ashanti, right on the Kumasi - Sunyani highway, close to Abuakwa. The college recently decided to be autonomous from the main campus, UEW and in 2021, it finally became autonomous causing a change in name to Akenten Appiah Minka University of Skills Training and Entrepreneurial Development (AAMUSTED) If you happen to visit Ghana especially from the diaspora and you're looking for things to do in Ghana, a visit to UEW-k campus would be a great idea.
