DINO CANYON TRAIL | The Granite Dells | Storm Trails | Prescott, AZ | Arizona Mountain Biking

Dino Canyon Trail is part of the Dells or the Granite Dells system of trails. More specifically the Storm Trails. The Granite Dells consists of three Dells areas; The Constellation Trails, The Willow Dells, and the Lakeshore/Storm trails. Most of the Storm trails are on the east side of the Peavine Trail. There is $3 parking (Wednesdays are free) just across from the Prescott Yavapai Humane Society (1625 Sundog Ranch Rd, Prescott, AZ 86301). From there you’ll ride approximately a half-mile on the Peavine to the trail system. As with all my trail videos, it is my intent to first document and character ride each trail as mapped the best I can. With these videos I’m not saying these are the best lines, the worst lines, or the only lines. Just the lines that were on the mapped trail or just off it for the most part. I will likely do alternate/bonus line video(s) sometime in the future after the completion of all the mapped trails. Dino Canyon trail is a rated black trail within the Storm trail system of trails. It connects with Boulder Creek trail to the west, Rooster Point trail to the east, and Quartz Canyon trail. The mid-section of this trail has a very steep slab with step up preceding it (West to East). It is rated difficult or black. Have a great ride. -- goMTB prescottAZ.
