I test rode Yamaha's basic 50cc scooter, the Axis Z, and will be sending you a review. Equipped with a Blue Core engine developed with a focus on excellent combustion efficiency, cooling, and reduced loss, the fuel economy on the day of filming was recorded at 55.7km/L. There was still plenty of room in the luggage space under the seat even after storing all the filming equipment, so I felt it was a good model with excellent economy and convenience. What surprised me most about the test ride was how comfortable it was. The front and rear suspension and tires have a nostalgic configuration, yet it still maintained the comfort that the latest scooters are losing.
