We stayed in turtles dunes on a non electric site and really loved how private our site was! Not all site are private though so checking the photos is key when booking. - 2️⃣ Long Point gets its name because it's a 40km long sandspit (aka. a long point). If you're a beach lover, this park has more than 1.5km of sandy beaches along lake Erie. - 3️⃣ This park is located within a a designated world biosphere reserve. This means that this area has been internationally recognized for taking actions to balance conservation initiatives with sustainable development. - 4️⃣ It's an excellent park for birding, boating, and fishing. You'll find part of the park nestled beside marsh land. - 5️⃣ This park is home to many different species of plants and animals.
