Installing Sheartak spiral cutterhead on a Metabo DH330 thicknesser

Not a very good tutorial on replacing the cutter head on a Metabo DH 330, but I hope it can be of some help to those of you who consider doing this upgrade. It’s not hard to do at all and it’s well worth the money. I should have done a comparison on before/after results etc, but it is really a whole different league after the replacement. There is no tear out at all and the surface is as glassy and smooth as they claim it will be. The machine also chews through the oak with no strain on the motor in comparison to the original cutter head.
