Ama Ata Aidoo, leading author, poet, playwright, academic and former Minister of Education in Ghana at the Royal African Society's annual literature festival 'Africa Writes'. Ama Ata Aidoo headlined the festival on Saturday 12th July 2014, in conversation with Wangui wa Goro, critic and translator. This three-day festival was organised in partnership with the British Library and took place from the 11th - 13th July 2014.
