Всем привет! Поделюсь с вами идеей тортика для рыбака. С первого взгляда кажется что делать его очень сложно, но нет, этот процесс не сложный, но довольно длительный. И мне кажется, что если он где-то будет немного кривой или неаккуратный, в этом и будет его изюминка. Итак... Тортик у меня вышел 4,5 кг, форму я использовала диаметром 24 см. У меня бисквит с кремом Шарлот и в качестве фруктов я использовала кумкват ( вяленый мандарин). Выравнивала я торт ганашем с белого шоколада ( не дождалась пока остынет начала с жидкого, но лучше подождать). Далее я раскатала белую мастику окрасив ее синим красителем, и сделала воду для нашей рыбы. Рыбки я сделала заранее, залив шоколад у специальные формы и наполнив обрезками тортика. Форму покупала здесь https://korol-tort.com/polikarbonatni.... Красила рыбок кандурином "серебро" и "золото" (для золота использовала бутылочку из под антисептика разбавив водкой). Далее делаем само ведро. Я делала из двух частей белой мастики, так немного легче, и передается эфект швов на ведре. Также сверху и снизу приделываем рельефы нашему ведру, раскатав мастику колбаской, Далее делаем ручку на ведре. Прикрепляла зубочистками. После окрашиваем наше ведро серебристым кандурином. Для эффекта разбрызганой воды варим карамель, как только карамель закипит (не раньше!) окрашиваем синим красителем. Далее разливаю на силиконовый коврик и вставляю шпажки.
