[Chicken Breast and Cabbage Hot Pot] Please give it a try! ★Today's recipe is here↓ -- [Chicken Breast and Cabbage Hot Pot] Half a head of cabbage: 500g Chicken breast: 350-380g Water: 700cc Sake: 50cc Chicken stock: 1 1/2 tablespoons Dried bonito flakes: 2g Salt: 1/3 teaspoon Salt: 2 pinches (for chicken breast meat) All-purpose flour: 2 tablespoons and 1 teaspoon Olive oil: to taste Pepper: to taste ★Add yuzu pepper to change the flavor In a pot, add 500g half a head of cabbage, 700cc water, 50cc sake, 1 1/2 tablespoons chicken stock, 2g dried bonito flakes, and 1/3 teaspoon salt. Boil. Slice 350g of chicken breast meat, add 2 pinches of salt, and toss with 2 tablespoons and 1 teaspoon of flour.
