Do I Need a Birth Plan?! || Writing Your Birth Preferences for BIRTH & POSTPARTUM
Hello All! Today we review why a birth plan/preference may be beneficial for you as you learn about birth and help guide your labor support team to best serve you during labor. It's not all about finding a template and checking boxes, but rather it's about educating yourself, looking inward on what you might need (or what things would NOT be helpful) and exploring all the avenues birth might take along the way. It is OK if your birth deviates from what you initially planned for, but hopefully the knowledge you gained while writing your birth preferences helps guide you as you pivot.
