Debao CTP Machine Installations: 13 Steps: 1.Install the plate front desk There with 8 screen,use the 6mm hex socket tools,in the tool box 2.Install the plate receiver frame,there 3 positions,can adjust highness according to you needs. 3.Install Cooler Take the pipe from machine inside,quick connector,use finger press,insert into right place. Connect the cooler power cable,the biggest head is for compressor,insert and rotate it tightly. For the recycle pump,3 cores cable,insert in Middle port,rotate tightly. For the cooler temperature sensor,2 cores cable,insert in the Right port,rotate tightly. Add natural water,before add water close the valve. Water level should be in above the red line,under the green line. 3-6 Month,replace water 1time,open the buttom vale when replace water. 4.Install the filter,it's in the machine. Check seal if in the right place,don't lose,use filter bench rotate it slightly. In the bottom,there is a water valve,keep it close status. 5.Install Pipe and Drain The water inlet it's in left side,another side connect to water tap. There are 6 pips bellowing: 1.Developer supplement in(also some people call chemical replace) - Small Pipe 4.Developer supply(chemical supply) - Small Pipe 2.Developer outlet (chemical outlet,let chemical pass away from the developer pool) - Big Pipe 3.Gum in (also call plate protection gum in) - Small Pipe 5.Gum out(plate protection gum out) - Small Pipe 6.Wash plate water outlet(wash out) - Big Pipe 6.Adjust machine level Use level gauge,adjust highness level 7.Connect machine power,(Don't open the power now,just connect,if run machine when there is no developer or wather,machine will be broken.) 220V 3Phase Red - L Bule - N Yellow - E 8.Check machine if completely,loose,or mising parts Check machine inside,the plastic stick,gear and brush loose or missing screws. 9.Check the left side chain driving system if ok,chemical supply pumps moving or not,switch valve open or not? gear fix well or not? 10.Check right side driving system as left side 11.Check the power circuit box The power cable,connect place,relay and fuse,loose or not. 12.Check Tool Box Normal use tools,English and Chinese Manual,active bench,screw driver,filter core, gear,other accessories 13.Add water clean machine Before add water make sure if vale in close status,need to be in closed status. Use clean soft cloth and water wash,after washing,let the waste water pass away by drain,finally you can add developer.
