What does the EU Whistleblowing Directive mean for your business?
Though many were delayed in doing so, 25 of 27 EU member states have now implemented the EU Whistleblowing Directive. Organisations with between 50 and 250 employees have been left with little time to comply with the new rules, which they must now do by 17 December 2023. In this webinar, our experts explain what the Directive covers and the sanctions organisations may face for non-compliance, as well as the pros and cons of setting up centralised reporting hubs within corporate groups. Our hosts are Gisella Alvarado (Spain), Hanne Cattoir (Belgium), Jan Hauer (Germany), and Guillaume Bordier (France).
