"Roza Vetrov" is the tallest multi-storey building in Istra, which has long earned a reputation as a problematic project. Since the project was launched about 10 years ago, the "long-term construction" has experienced a lot. Let's remember the fire on the roof in 2014. Or the proposal to demolish it in 2015 from the All-Russian Society for the Protection of Historical and Cultural Monuments due to the fact that the building's parameters exceed regional standards for urban planning, and it distorts the view of the Voskresensky New Jerusalem Monastery ensemble. There were also courts, numerous discussions and other proceedings.... But the residential complex is still standing and continues to observe the life of Istra and the succession of changing chapters from its height.
