Mfazi family welcomes murder investigation
The family of former Deputy National Police Commissioner for Crime Detection, Lieutenant General Sindile Mfazi, has welcomed the police's decision to treat his 2021 death as murder. It was initially classified as being due to COVID-19 complications. Yesterday, marked five years since his passing, and his widow, Lindelwa Mfazi, has accused the SAPS of dragging their feet in investigating the death. Abongile Jantjies reports.
