How are things really going? Well, that’s always the question—ha! 😅 Honestly though, as a single mom to 57 children (as we like to say!), I’m managing a more-than-full-time business, running all the operations, keeping up with a heavy content filming schedule, doing big batch meal prep for my large family of 10, and yes—using Stouffer’s dinners and Walmart pancakes to fill in the gaps! 😄 We do a lot of big batch freezer meals, massive Blackstone cooking days, and huge Costco grocery shopping trips to keep everyone fed.
