Deep Fried Twinkies

DEEP-FRIED TWINKIES 3 Twinkies Popsicle Sticks 1/2 Cup Milk 1 Tbsp Vinegar 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil 1/2 Cup Flour 1 Tsp Baking Powder 1/2 Tsp Salt Confectioners Sugar (For Dusting) 2 Cups Vegetable Oil (For Frying) Freeze Twinkies overnight before heating vegetable oil to about 375 degrees. Mix together milk, vinegar, and oil in one bowl, and in another combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Combine wet ingredients with dry until smooth. Sprinkle chilled Twinkie with a little flour and add a popsicle stick before dipping into batter. Deep fry for 3 to 4 minutes, drain on a paper towel and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
