Goalie Sidewall Tutorial: 12 Diamond Mesh in a Nemesis Lyte
Matt from @midwestlacrosse strings demonstrates how to tie a simple sidewall for a Nemesis using 12-diamond mesh. This sidewall pattern produces a deep pocket with just enough channel to provide proper control, and also to have a very true throw/release. Channel in goalie sticks is a complicated subject, but it is more important to have a deep pocket that throws well than to have a crazy tight channel that looks cool but throws into the ground.
