Haven Holidays. The booking tried to be explained

Hello. So I keep seeing on Facebook groups of Haven parks. about many different things. So I thought I try help with some of these questions, my advice might jot be 100% correct. But this is my advice I know and experienced. please let me know anything I missed in the comments like the food card I have zero clue about these as this is brand new. Remember you can go to the park site 2hrs before checking into caravan, just go to the reception area where their hut and staff member will let you know if you're lucky if the caravan is ready for you. If it's not ready, they should show you a map to a complex where you can have a meal play in the arcade and see if you could swim. so make sure you have a swim bag (don't forget towels) at the side just in case.
