For the first time in his career, David Guetta sold out the Stade de France solo. A few hours before the show, we went behind the scenes with Romain Pissenem, the producer who also manages shows for DJ Snake and Martin Garrix, to understand how a production of this scale is put together. On the agenda: the 32-meter LED monolith (the equivalent of a 10-11 story building), 540 speakers for consistent sound in every seat of the stadium, a team of over 500 people across the three dates, and the famous cluster of helium balloons that has been sending an acrobat soaring above the audience for the past 10 years. Romain also discusses the pre-show stress, the preparation that begins almost a year in advance, and the extremely tight schedule for dismantling the stage before Bruno Mars' arrival a few days later.
