In this video, I review Captain Jack Sparrow’s Pirate Ship from AliExpress, a 1:1 scale Lego 10365 copy. I cover the full build process, piece quality, instructions, minifigures, play features, and display options. The finished model is huge (around 65 cm long and 64 cm high) and includes 8 minifigures, 16 retractable cannons, detailed masts and sails, a hidden treasure chest, detachable hull sections, and a display stand. Despite a few minor flaws, the overall quality is very good, making this an impressive display piece for LEGO enthusiasts, AFOLs, and Pirates of the Caribbean fans.
