This Building Floods, Let's Fix It
This back building has had drainage problems every time we get a heavy rain. The building was built too low, against a large hill. Last rain it flooded the building. In this video we use the Bobcat E35 mini excavator to cut a new drainage ditch, establish proper grade, and try to move the water away from the building for good. Equipment used: Bobcat E35 Mini Excavator Bobcat T650 Track Machine DJI Drone Footage GoPro POV Footage Land MGMT documents real-world property maintenance, excavation, mowing, drainage fixes, and rural land improvement projects.
