American skaters Madison Chock and Evan Bates were crowned ice dance world champions for the third consecutive time on Saturday in Boston at the World Figure Skating Championships. They edged out last year's runners-up, Canadian duo Piper Gilles and Paul Poirier, who earned 216.54 points. With a score of 207.11 points, British skaters Lilah Fear and Lewis Gibson, who performed to a medley of Beyoncé's hits, claimed the bronze, marking their first-ever World Championship medal.
