Sailing on San Francisco Bay 🌁 on a Westsail 42 Sailboat Life 🏴‍☠️ Captain's Vlog 27

In this episode I was supposed to be sailing south to a new home in Vallejo, but it didn't work out that way. Instead I went sailing with a friend on San Francisco Bay, and it was truly epic! The sailboat is a classic Westsail 42. Not only is she longer and and wider than my little Ericson 32, the Westsail 42 is considerably heavier than what I'm used to weighing in at 38,000 lbs! vs Dagny's petite 9,000! You could really feel the difference! I'd like to thank Cal for taking me out on his beautiful Westsail, and giving me a very informative interview. I went out of my way while editing this video to NOT use any music. I wanted to remember the day how it actually was, blustery and wild! I call this a "Nat" sound piece, or Natural Sound.
