Day 13 Road Tripping The Canadian Rockies

🚐🏔 Day 13 – Lake Minnewanka Hike🏔🚐 We left our campsite super early and headed back to Lake Minnewanka for the long trail up to the lookout. The hike had all sorts of terrain and we spotted longhorn sheep and deer along the way! Just before the final leg, we made the smart decision to turn back after hearing about high grizzly bear activity in the area. We figured it would be safer to tackle that section with a bigger group. Even though we didn’t reach the very top, the hike was stunning the entire way! We made it back to our campsite in Banff for a beautiful afternoon. We couldn’t resist going for a dip in the nearby lake… it was absolutely freezing! 🥶 We finished the night relaxing by the campfire.
