Easy Recipe - Thick & Fluffy Cream Cheese Soufflé Pancake *Make sure to cook it on extremely low heat Find me also on Instagram: sora_monnom Ingredients: 3 pancakes 1 egg (separate into egg yolk and white) 70g Cream cheese 40mL milk (low fat milk used in this video) 40g self-raising flour (OR 40g all purpose flour + 1/2 teaspoon baking powder) 10g sugar butter, maple syrup Recipe: *Make circular mold out of baking paper. 1. Separate egg yolk and white. 2. Mix egg yolk, cream cheese and milk well. 3. Sift self-raising flour and mix. 4. In a separate bowl whisk egg white until firm meringue forms. Add sugar half-way. 5. Combine batter and meringue gently. *make sure not to over mix. 6. Heat hotplate on low and grease with oil. Place circular mold. 7. Pour batter into circular mold. 8. Cook for 10-12minute on extremely low heat. 9. Take the baking paper mold off. 10. Flip and cook for another ~10minutes 11.
