KAKI - POTATURA DI FORMAZIONE PRIMO ANNO SISTEMA "MATAIX" Dopo il trapianto, solitamente consigliabile durante di riposo vegetativo con astone a radice nuda , la pianta viene tagliata a 65-70 cm e lasciata crescere libera per l'intera stagione vegetativa allo scopo di far sviluppare un apparato radicale ben strutturato. A fine stagione ci ritroveremo un tronco ben definito, e liberato da ramificazioni laterali per almeno 40 cm. Negli ultimi 30 cm saranno presenti una serie di germogli molto sviluppati su cui si consiglia una cimatura di contenimento per evitare l'effetto vela e danni da vento.
