Walnut Brittle, an easy recipe for a storage jar treat! Ingredients 100g chopped walnuts 50g sugar 4 tbsp water 125g syrup 1 tsp butter 1 tsp vanilla extract A little salt Method 1) Line a baking sheet with baking paper 2) Into a pan pop 50g sugar, 4 tbsp water, 125g syrup and1 tsp butter 3) Heat on a medium heat until the sugar has dissolved, keep on a low bubble for 5 mins until it reaches 130’C or 266’F 4) Add the 100g chopped walnuts and a little salt and turn out onto your baking sheet 5) Cool completely then break into pieces Music: Arkansas Traveller by Nat Keefe & Hot Buttered Rum Nat Keefe on YouTube: / @natkeefe
