The first would be that signature location that everyone in PJ would be very familiar of, just that the land acquisition was beyond expectation. Adjacent to the LDP highway, this site is also the transition space from PJ to Federal Highway sandwiched between the industrial zone and landed residences. Next would be the introduction of lazy river within the facilities deck. It was surreal initially but after seeing it in real life, I have to say I really enjoy it. And that's part of the overall experience that starts from the arrival to the site. The brand new bridge just allows residents to unwind before getting back home. The central void gave the drop off the dramatic welcome, at the same time improving the ventilation and daylight condition of the elevated carpark. The orientation and massing arrangement allowed every unit to have sufficient view from the balcony. But my favourite would be the ramp design to the carpark. However, I'm concerned about the human factor within this equation. The current facilities look amazing because it's still new. What happens when the MC officially takes over the management? Will they have the right expertise? Is it going to be really expensive? We shall see.
