Model Rockets: Monumentous student launches at Aloun plus Blaisdell on Pearl Harbor day

We had a great turnout with about 35 students and 15 parents. When it came time to launch the H220T, I told everyone to get back. They found out why when the Mega Max launched. Despite being December, it was hot with the UV index very high, especially when standing in the red dirt. I used Jake's iLaunch for the Mega Max. I then tried my launch systems for my Strong Arm and Jayhawk. I now suspect the 12v motorcycle battery is going bad. I've had it for about 3 years. I do have several Lipo batteries to use instead.
