OVEN BAKED TURKEY NECKS WITH GRAVY
Ingredients; 5 - 8 Turkey Necks 1 Medium Onion 1 Medium Green Bell Pepper 1 Medium Red Bell Pepper Seasonings of Choice 1 Cup of Water 1 Tbsp of Kitchen Bouquet (optional) For Flour Slurry 2 Tbsp of Flour 3 Tbsp of Water Directions 1. Wash and season turkey necks well. 2. Add turkey necks, water and kitchen bouquet to a baking pan. 3. Add onions and bell peppers and cover with foil. 4. Bake on 350 for 2 hours or until tender. 5. Once tender, add flour slurry and return to oven uncovered and bake an additional 15 minutes. 6. Once done, serve with rice or mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
