Marlin 336CS .30-30 Herter's 150gr SP Sighting in 100 yards

Today I'm out with my brother sighting in the 1990 Marlin Model 336 CS. I'm shooting Herter's 150 gr SP. Herter's is the Bass Pro/Cabela's house brand ammo. After sighting in at 25 yards, the shot was about 1/3" to the right of the bullseye, but after moving back to 50 yards, the bullet drifted over another 4". At 100 yards, the bullet drifted yet another 4". After zeroing at 100 yards, and moving back to 25, the final shot was a bullseye. I didn't expect the bullet to drift so far to the right. And after adjusting the sights at 100 yards, I didn't expect it to still be dead-on at 25 yards. Buy me a coffee► https://www.buymeacoffee.com/reloaderjoe Please consider supporting my channel.
