This time on our Hokkaido road trip, we'll take a leisurely drive through Taiki Town in Tokachi, which is also famous as a space town. First, we wait for the rain to clear up and head to the Rekifune River carp streamers. After admiring the 236 gracefully swimming carp streamers for a while, we head to Taiki Shrine to say hello before enjoying a steam locomotive ride. After eating a heart-warming ramen for lunch and dessert at a cafe, we head to the Taiki Town Space Exchange Center SORA, but it is closed for the winter. We drive along the coastline of Hamadaiki and stand on top of a nameless pillbox, and finally enjoy the iodine waters of Bansei Onsen and finish off with a pork bowl.
