I am officially living full-time on my off-grid property. What started as a dream back in December, a piece of raw land, a vision, and a lot of uncertainty... has become reality. After countless hours of work, help from amazing friends, neighbors, and the incredible people who helped build this cabin dream, I finally get to spend my first night here. This journey has not been easy. There were hard days. There were frustrating days. There were moments where I wondered if I could actually pull this off. But step by step… the driveway came together, the cabin was built, the animals made it home, and now the next chapter begins. There is still a lot of work ahead: ✔ Installing solar power ✔ Setting up the inverter system ✔ Building the water system ✔ Installing the diesel heater ✔ Adding the wood stove ✔ Creating the composting setup ✔ Turning this cabin into a true off-grid home But tonight, for the first time, I can sit here and say… I made it. This journey has never just been about a cabin. It has been about freedom, peace, rebuilding a life, and proving that it is never too late to chase a dream.
