This third video is talking about my ultrasound guided biopsy and what the nurse told me that day. That nurse helped me make the decision between a lumpectomy or a mastectomy that later on turned out to be the very best decision. #breastcancer #breastbiopsy #cancersurvivor I have been married to my very patient and loving husband, Dean, for over 26 years and we have three beautiful daughters together. I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and I’m confident my fitness level helped me before, during and after my breast cancer diagnosis. In early 2017, I was told I had an early stage breast cancer and then things began to spiral and overtook my entire life for almost two years.
