I recently hiked Vereda do Larano, one of Madeira's most beautiful coastal trails, and it was an experience I won't forget. The path winds along steep cliffs above the Atlantic Ocean, with incredible views around every corner.Along the way, I was treated to stunning views of Penha d'Águia (Eagle Rock), the dramatic coastline, and the distant Ponta de São Lourenço stretching into the ocean. What stood out most was the contrast between the peaceful blue Atlantic and the rugged green mountains rising above the coast.This video captures some of those moments - the quiet atmosphere, the endless ocean views, and the raw beauty that makes this part of Madeira so special.
