Tonight’s session is about slowing down and letting go of the guilt that comes with rest. In this final part of the Spider-Man drawing series, I’m coloring the piece using markers while reflecting on the three steps of burnout recovery, and discuss productivity guilt, and why so many people struggle to relax without feeling like they should be doing more. Spider-Man has always felt relatable to me because beneath the responsibility and constant pressure, he’s still just someone trying to keep going without losing himself in the process.
