This video covers the endocrine system. We'll look at how hormones can influence cell activity. We'll then examine which hormones are produced by the pituitary gland and what their effects are. We'll conclude with tissue hormones, hormones produced not by endocrine glands, but by cells scattered throughout other tissues or organs.
