G.P. "Lovers" (1990), Australian drama series

This episode of the ABC's drama series "G.P" explores the relationship between a man who is suffering from an HIV related illnesses and his partner, family and the health professionals traeting him. Season 2, episode 12, first broadcast: 1 May 1990 The series, screened on the ABC, is set around a fictional general medical practice, in the vein of the Seven Network's serial "A Country Practice", whereas A Country Practice, hence the title was set in a rural setting, G.P. was based in in an inner-city suburb, and explored both the personal and professional lives of the general practitioners working together, and the other doctors and staff who worked in the clinic.
