Polaris Ranger Oil Tank Exploded! I fix it and upgrade
In this video I replace the oil tank reservoir on my 2008 Polaris Ranger 500 4x4. The vent line filled with condensation from plowing snow, froze and caused pressure to build up in the tank, eventually leading to a catastrophic failure. I replace the tank with an aluminum one and hopefully the problem is fixed.
