This is the first video of two. In the first video we work together to make a zafu, or meditation cushion. For zazen, meditation, or simply for a cozy time outdoors. Old denim pants are wonderful for a sitting and meditation pillow. The top is made from Dresden Plates. They are very easy to cut from the legs of jeans. I hope you like it.
