Mandala Top in Arunachal Pradesh, India, is famous for its circular arrangement of 108 Buddhist stupas (known as "Manes") perched at an altitude of 10,000 feet. Each stupa is inscribed with the mantra "Om Mani Padme Hum" and was sponsored by a local family to represent communal devotion. Dirang Monastery, also known as Thupsung Dhargye Ling, is famous as a serene Buddhist temple and a vital center for studying Tibetan Buddhism.
