"The Other Side" starts as a first-contact story and turns into one of the most uncomfortable moral dilemmas we've seen so far. Daniel's suspicions, Jack's willingness to make the deal, and the slow realization of who the Eurondans really are made this episode hit a lot harder than we expected. By the end, we were completely stunned by how dark this story became and by one of O'Neill's coldest decisions yet.
