MG Dom - A Classic Gunpla Updated

Intro: 00:00 Skip Intro: 0:33 Build: 0:56 Appearance: 5:36 Articulation: 7:16 Gimmicks: 11:12 Final: 13:53 Production Notes for me to look over later and wonder why I did things like this - This review was surprisingly straight forward, but with very little progress at a time. Everything went in the right order (build - notes - script / footage - audio - editing - get additional footage - finalize edit - upload) but I kept finding myself taking long breaks. I think the audio took the longest. I legit think if I could hire a guy to edit my audio down, I'd end up making a video a week Tried to speed up the script again, similar to the MG Jegan video before this, and I really like it. I find everything flows together better and there's far less repetition. Having all the scores at the end also deemphasizes them. All the footage here is really 'hot.' Basically, the whites / highlights are too emphasized, and everything looks like it's on the sun. I could've done more in the edit with lighting, but it's whatever. I think I needed to stop down the lens more (usually I'm at f/5.6), but it could just be the lights are too close to the kit. Audio was a nightmare. I recorded it in a 2 hour gap I had between work and a band practice, so I was slightly rushed because I knew I had a time limit. For editing, I kind of fell back on tried and true Redheadphones6 editing. Had been working on this video long enough! I will say the intro is a little poor. I don't actually have the original MG Dom on standby, so didn't have any footage of it. Ended up just posted pictures from the manual. It's really weird, but this video starts on a blurred image because of this. Very strange, but hopefully not an issue. Think I spent about 10 minutes on the thumbnail lol. I kind of miss the detailed photoshop edits, but they just took forever and now with AI it'd be like 'what's the point?' It will always be funny to me that I put so much effort into the video production, then when it comes to actually uploading the video, I do everything wrong lol. Lazy title, generic thumbnail, upload at a random time, no promotion, etc. I really should put more effort into this, but whatever. If I cared about success on Youtube then I wouldn't be making model kit reviews!
