Gerda's outlaw skill allows her to obtain additional gold at the end of battle and steal items from enemies, making her the perfect character for earning money in small battles. She can also use Behoma and Piolim, so she should be useful in boss battles. She can use the fan, whip, and dagger as weapons, but after trying them out a bit, the whip seems to deal the most damage. But that might change over time, as the fan and dagger take over... The fan can use Spirit Dance, which has the same effect as Raise, so for now, I don't think the fan skill will be a bad choice.
