The president of the Superior Electoral Court, Minister Nunes Marques, ruled this Monday (8) to suspend an electoral poll that indicated a drop in Flávio Bolsonaro's performance after the revelation of messages and audios in which the pre-candidate for president asks Daniel Vorcaro for money to finance the film 'Dark Horse', about former president Jair Bolsonaro. At the request of Flávio and the PL party, Nunes Marques unilaterally decided that the Atlas Intel institute can no longer publish the results of that round of research carried out in May, shortly after the revelation of the conversation. The minister's decision states that the inclusion of questions about the Banco Master scandal constitutes "methodological contamination". Atlas Intel claims that these questions were presented after the electoral questionnaire and that they did not interfere with the result – other institutes also showed a downward trend in Flávio's performance.
