This patch is meant to be left on in the background while your attention is focused elsewhere. Let this be the soundtrack to your work day, late night side hustle, or daily recreation ritual. Patch notes: Complex sequencing from the Octatrack, Varigate 4+, and Ornament and Crime (Quantermain) drive the evolving nature of this patch. The BIA bounces through Rings and into Beads for a dancing rhythm that never seems to repeat, hence the title "Infinesse". The Intellijel ShapeShifter, fires its comb-filtered chords through the QPAS and Electus Versio, creating a shimmering pool for your ears to bathe in. It's probably one of my favorite sounds to come out of this synthesizer to date. I ran out of sound sources after that and resorted to using Maths as a VCO, which is responsible for the primary acid sequence that lingers throughout. Surprisingly musical. Lastly, you'll hear a pillowing of lush pads tucked in behind the mix, a concoction from my new favorite pairing: Novation Ultranova into four loop tracks on the Octatrack.
